I’ve been dreaming of this concept for the past couple of months and after lots of planning, it finally became a reality!
I’ve been obsessed with the nostalgic old movie look and this perfectly. This combined my love for my partner, Porsches, and photography all in one!
Unfortunately, a lot of our camera gear was stolen during shooting (LA sucks) so we lost about half of the footage we captured throughout the day. Even then, I’m still very happy with how this came out! Definitely a silver lining to a bad situation
An Italian dream wedding
When it comes to engagement sessions, I’m always looking for ways to blend personal stories with unique aesthetics. For this downtown Los Angeles shoot, we combined the sleek lines of a classic Porsche 911 with the grit and charm of DTLA’s industrial streets. The result? A shoot that felt effortlessly cool, wildly romantic, and cinematic in all the right ways.
We started the session just as golden hour lit up the city skyline. The Porsche, a creamy ivory white with chrome detailing, became more than just a prop—it was a character in the story. Whether parked in front of a graffiti-covered brick wall or cruising down an empty street beneath overpasses and steel beams, it added a nostalgic flair that perfectly contrasted the modern cityscape.
What I loved most about this shoot was how it celebrated both the past and the present. The Porsche brought in that element of heritage and craftsmanship—much like a relationship built on years of memories and milestones. And DTLA? That’s the future. Ever-changing, full of energy, and endlessly inspiring.
The Moving forward, I'm excited to explore new creative avenues and refine my vision even further. Each challenge I've faced has only strengthened my resolve to tell stories that resonate with people. I can’t wait to share more behind-the-scenes moments and insights from this with you all.
